Did Kim Kardashian Get Breast Implants?

Although Kim Kardashian has denied breast implant rumors on multiple occasions, MediaTakeOut is reigniting the plastic surgery drama. This time, the site claims it has evidence:

    "So if you've heard ANY recent interview with reality star Kim Kardashian, you know that she claims that her BOOBS are real. Well . . . SHE A LIE!!!

    How can we be so sure. Cause a lil birdie sent us the EVIDENCE."

The "evidence" MTO uses to prove their point is a picture of brunette woman from the neck down ... a brunette woman accompanied with the captions:
"Before Surgery" and "After Surgery."
That's it! This is how the site goes on record with a "World Exclusive" accusing someone of getting breast enhancements who has publicly denied it several times?
All of the Kardashian sisters have been very open about any cosmetic work they've received, and time and again, Kim has made it clear her breasts are 100-percent normal. Keep in mind that this is a woman who took cameras with her inside a doctor's office to get Botox, then let the cameras keep rolling as she suffered a nasty adverse reaction - not to mention has a sex tape and has posed nude in two magazines.
Kim was fast to knock this one down. She tweeted on Wednesday:
